Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your booking fee if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled time. 50% Refund: If you cancel your appointment between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your booking fee. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative appointment time at no additional cost.
